Es increíble una fila como de 25 clientes y dos personas atendiendo y para Y para colmo se van para la parte trasera por 5 o 10 minutos mientras los clientes esperan en la fila

The lines were very long. They did not have enough workers at the windows to help alleviate the long lines. A female postal worker behind the window was extremely disrespectful rude and obnoxious. This postal worker was so loud and obnoxious and intimidated the customers with her attitude. She was speaking and belittling the customers.
This post office was unorganized.

This is by far the most incompetent post office I have ever dealt with.
Packages are constantly marked as “attempted delivery” when that is simply not true—someone is always home, yet nothing ever gets delivered. It’s either pure negligence or complete dishonesty, and it’s unacceptable.
Trying to pick up a package in person is even worse. Be prepared to waste an entire day standing in line for slow, disorganized, and completely inefficient service. There is zero accountability and no respect for people’s time.
At this point, I actively ask vendors NOT to use USPS. I would gladly pay more for any other carrier just to avoid this place.
This location doesn’t just provide bad service—it consistently fails at the most basic responsibilities. If I could give negative 20 stars, I would.
