  Service is fine, but the place itself is a whole safety hazard, I was returning a package and left the store but I got hit in my head by the fire extinguisher box

  This place is by far the worst of the worst. We mailed a package to my daughter and they put somebody else’s stuff in our box and charged us $205 to mail it to her and when she got the package and opened it up, it had somebody else’s belongings in it which brought the package weight too damn near 20 pounds. Our package didn’t even weigh 7 pounds and we had to pay for somebody else’s stuff and didn’t even know about it until today when my daughter received it and opened it and called me and asked me about it, if I could give this place zero stars I would and I would highly recommend that nobody use this place to ship packages from !!! We are out of over $100 because their employees are dumb as a doorbell we feel like we’ve been robbed and what about the poor person who trusted them with their package and they never received it because it was added in mine ? I will never do business with them again and would never suggest them to anyone this employee who name I will not mention in this review does not need to be working in this line of work making mistakes like this and costing customers money

  Do not go here! They are scamming people out of their money. I had a package and just needed to print the label, she told me send to an email and she printed it out and taped it onto my package ,THATS ALL SHE DID but I was charged $5 for using the computer for 15 mins I NEVER USED ANY COMPUTER I emailed the label from my phone. I was also charged .49 cents for “print” and $1.15 for packing service??? All I needed was a label! I will never go there again and recommend no one goes there either because you well be over charged. The clerks name is Erin.

  The ONLY reliable place in the neighborhood when it comes to UPS, FedEx & i don't think people understand that businesses have to charge certain Fee's for their services to stay OPEN You're not paying for a piece of paper you're paying for the Services & conveniences they provide . And they do it very well
