The person who does passports has been sick since god knows how long. Instead of them to update the system and block people from making appointments, they put sorry notes all over the site, that you only get to see ONCE YOU ARRIVE THERE. So I’m yet another unfortunate person who spent cab money getting there only to discover my appointment was canceled without even informing me before hand. They don’t care, offer no solutions, and just keep doing the same thing. It really is unacceptable and frustrating. Save yourself the frustration.

Nasty attitude as expected from the employees there. I think it may be a prerequisite to be hired at this location. I was there once and the women were cursing eachother out in front of everyone. If it weren’t for real, I’d think I was in an episode from Saturday Night Live. Going Postal is for real on Westchester Square!
- RRRobertNov 11, 20255.0The lady in the front, who took care of me on November 13, 2025 was a little harsh and scolded me because I used my middle name on all my mail and my I.D. name (first name) was somewhat confusing, but she was cute. She cold scold me any day. She had an hour glass figure and I was in no mood to argue with her. She was freaking hot! I'm gonna go back and ask her out. Hopefully she says "yes". 🤑❤️🙏 I should have asked her what was her name. I'm going back in another four days! 🔥 😍🤩🥰😘🤑
