Worst Post office in NYC. Went there today. This sign was up and the only person there was behind the glass talking on her phone, ignoring the line forming. Nasty attitude as expected from the employees there. I think it may be a prerequisite to be hired at this location. I was there once and the women were cursing eachother out in front of everyone. If it weren’t for real, I’d think I was in an episode from Saturday Night Live. Going Postal is for real on Westchester Square!

The lady in the front, who took care of me on November 13, 2025 was a little harsh and scolded me because I used my middle name on all my mail and my I.D. name (first name) was somewhat confusing, but she was cute. She cold scold me any day. She had an hour glass figure and I was in no mood to argue with her. She was freaking hot! I'm gonna go back and ask her out. Hopefully she says "yes". 🤑❤️🙏 I should have asked her what was her name. I'm going back in another four days! 🔥 😍🤩🥰😘🤑

This place is a JOKE no professionalism at all . scheduled appointment for 1:00pm in the pouring rain . Just to be told the girl who does it is not there the place also had a sign that she was out again 2 days prior . The teller stated she works tuesdays and thursdays which makes no sense how on the website you can book a appointment for just about every day expect Sunday of course wasting people time they should not be doing passports at all if management cannot step in and take over if someone is out when you know your location has scheduled appointments will never go again horrible .

I don't usually have to rely on USPS, but when I needed help to locate a lost package this branch was really helpful, and was able to mobilize the delivery person to look for the missing package and found it in a different building. The 4 stars is because they did lost my package in the first place, the weekend working person that made the delivery placed it in the wrong building mailbox. Reading the other reviews, it seems that is a recurrent issue with the weekend delivery.

First and last time I will ever go to this location. The woman at the counter, black woman with a poorly done braided wig who refused to provide her name, was instantly confrontational. I have never had such a horrible experience at a USPS location as this location. She provided horrible customer service and was a miserable person to interact with.
