The previous mail carrier had an issue with a resident on this street, I think they changed her route now because there are MAJOR delays in receiving basic mail that should take no longer than 3days due to the fact that they are mailing from local area. As far as going to this site they are very unprofessional and rude customer service. As a new resident of the area in a BRAND NEW BUILDING Even if you login to show package code and give your valid NY state ID you are going to still be given a hard time. They want a piece of mail with the new address even if your ID matches name on package. I don’t want to blame it on the BRONX area itself but I have never experienced such inconvenience with receiving MY mail
