I wanted to send package internationally and there is old grumpy rude woman works who doesn't wanted to help no 1 and was taking for ever, even she was Hispanic alot of Hispanic customers have came, and were seeking help from her in their language but she was rude to tell them I don't know Hispanic language, and after spending 1 and half hour she came up with that she need to investigate the package, First she made me unwrap my package gave me $4 tape, then I when I was done, she was asking what's in there, I mean I'm telling you there just vitamins for my parents and 3 jackets for my family, that old woman needs to kicked out, no wonder why this post office service is so bad.

SHUT THIS PLCE DOWN! worse service than the dmv, staff are rude and no interest in helping customers and have no problem insulting you to your face. Clerk on the phone the entire time while there’s a line practically out the door.
The place is filthy, outgoing mailbox is so full it’s spilling out when you open the door.

Had a bad experience the 1st time I went, thought I’d give it another try, had a bad experience again. The woman that works there is absolutely rude. Went to ship out a package but gave me issues because the shipping label was created 2 days ago. I have no access of how the shipping label is created and god forbid someone isn’t able to ship out a package right away because they are at work 😭. Refusing service is crazy.
Went over to Allerton and had no issues
