Staff are not professional - 1. They open/close whenever they want to: opening 30 mins late or going on an hour and a half lunch break 2. They make up unreasonable rules: not accepting more than 4 packages, colored/specific tape, and branded/specific boxes 3. They have a routine asking if there's anything liquid, fragile, or hazardous -- yet they don't handle the actual package/s itself with care; roughly plopping it around when scanning and weighing the fact that we have to be concerned about the handling, delivery, and arrival of our mail/packages is absurd. we recommend the post office at Ponton (which opens an hour later) -- much better staff and service.

I have been using the service here for many years and have not had a problem. Friendly service. It is small and sometimes there is a wait but I've not been there longer than 15 minutes and that's only because one person was on shift.

Walked all the way to the post office to a screaming post lady, having a whole fit and screaming at everyone. She was so unable to control herself that everyone had to leave. The machine conveniently shut down as she did not want to continue doing her job. I am certain the video will go viral. I am still shocked and appalled at how this women acted. It’s an absolute embarrassment. She should be ashamed of herself for acting like a child in a role that she cannot handle. Literally, temper tantrum. Terrible service
