It is very inconvenient to have to go to the post office every time to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my door! And then having to stand/wait in line for an 1 hour + just to pick up the package.… Very frustrating.

I work from home yet always have to pick up my packages in person because delivery person does not really attempt to deliver the packages. Instead they lie and say that no one is home. They never even leave a parcel note for pickup. I waited over 2 hours for a package that noone is able to find. I was told I'd receive a phone call but I haven't and noone picks up when I try to call. This place is a literal nightmare.
