The facility feels very outdated — there are no self-service kiosks, which makes absolutely no sense in 2026. Because of that, the lines are ridiculously long. They usually only have two clerks working, and unfortunately, they move very slowly. On top of that, the attitude can feel dismissive, like they don’t even want to be there. Customer service matters, especially when people are already waiting forever. I waited an hour and 30 minutes just to drop off one package. That’s honestly unacceptable. United States Postal Service really needs to modernize this location and add self-service options so customers aren’t stuck in insane lines for basic tasks.

This new mailman on Feb. 2nd, 2026 put my package into the wrong mailbox and that person never gave it to me. I get texts when I receive my packages. This package was very special to me because they were toys for my grandkids birthday. Hope you guys hire PEOPLE who can READ mail. SMH!!
