She was very rude and unprofessional to the customers on 12/16/25 around 12 to 1 pm and today 12/23/25 I am not the only one who felt disrespected by TASLIMA but I am pretty sure you will receive several complaints from other CUSTOMERS of the same complaint cursing out on her own language. Please my humble request to you Distract manager take a proper step and investigate that how she talk to customer no manner, Very Rude and very very unprofessional and doesn’t wants to serve customers she curse On her own (Bengali ) language today me and my family caught her. She did not serve us after 3:58 pm she stated POST OFFICE IS CLOSED SHE CANT SERVE ANYMORE AND SHE LOCKED THE DOOR . Very very disappointed about Her ( TASLIMA )
- SDSaikat DasDec 23, 20251.0The woman wearing hijab named Taslima or something provided very poor customer service. We arrived at 3:55 PM to purchase a money order. She rushed us to complete paperwork and responded in a very unprofessional manner when we raised concerns. There was no effort to assist or communicate respectfully. This experience reflects a clear lack of professionalism and adherence to USPS service standards. Very disappointing!!
