In the past, I would use the window on the far left side without any issues, so I assumed that was still the line since i seen people were waiting there. After standing for about 15 minutes, when its my turn the worker comes telling me “one line only,” pointing to the middle of a long line that reached the exit... At this point, I just decided to leave and come back another day. Not one notice or sign inside that shows which line is it to pick up your package. Also this place is still dirty and dingy, but its the bronx so its expected.
