    If I could give negative 10 stars I would this place is a mess. The wait for 1 package is over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Employees are rude and miserable.

    You have to be patient and not let the attitudes of the workers get to you. It's not worth it Albeit we go there for service and you want the person handling your Mail/Packages/Info to be courteous and kind. That is not always the case here Especially the Older lady at the Last Window to the Left with the long nails Ignore her and the attitude your only there temporary She still have to be there and the next person will do what you did not. It's not worth carrying other people's misery and energy. Overall if you know what you doing and want as soon as your at the window it will go fast for you. Good Luck.

    My package is showing at the “Post Office” , not only the are delivery option is not available because once a “Mail Man” takes it back to the Post Office he will never attempt to re-deliver it , I’ve coming down to the Post Office since 02/14/2026 making a line for 3 Hours , and while waiting I got sick and had to leave . I came back 02/17/2026 at 8:30 AM not only waiting outside in the cold after 2 hours waiting the only Clerk looking for packages “Russell” stated who couldn’t find it , he asked for my address name and phone number and told me he would call me back never did. I came back again the same day in the afternoon and a young woman covering him told me he was at “Lunch” again left without my package. I came back today 02/18/2026 made the line for 2 hours another Clerk told me “Russell” was off and again the Clerk today couldn’t find my package. The manager an older black lady with a very nasty attitude said she couldn’t do anything what did she wanted me to do? and that they were short in staff yet she refused to help the “Clerk” or send anyone to help him, so he is all by himself in a “Sea” of packages , he asked me to come again tomorrow like if I don’t a job an other responsibility someone needs to be held accountable for the situation happening in this location , people here are been treated inhumanely ,they attitude towards Customers is very unprofessional ,hostile and just very bad!”Clerk”said if we didn’t shut up he will close the window. Is also none workers hate the manager and therefore they are not coming to work or just refuse to do overtime .I think is time to contact the NEWS 12 team and expose this manager and the office.

    I’ve been there twice and the first time the lady was very rude and no costumer service skills whatsoever, the second time a very nice gentleman helped me but at this location my package always get lost , this is the 3rd time they loose my parcel it’s been 12 business days already and they haven’t find my package. The post office needs to uplift they’re service.

    I understand that the package was not delivered due to snow-related issues; however, this location seems to lack proper package tracking procedures. I spent over three hours in line only to be informed that my package could not be located. My phone number was collected, and I was told I would receive a callback if the package was found. I returned on a second day to be told no one took my number and was advised to wait in line again, without any certainty that my package would be recovered. Additionally, the staff member at the window appeared to have little concern for the situation. In Addition, there has been a few buildings which had fires in the community and those people are waiting online for hours to get their mail. The amount of senior waiting is also a big concern.
