    The worst post office in history everyone that works there has a nasty attitude and they never pick up the phone like they never pick up and let’s not get started on the wait time

    This post office sucks so bad. Twice in just a few months I’ve had them mark my packages as delivered and they never even stepped foot in front of my door. I have a ring camera and they never delivered my package. I think they are stealing packages and marking them as delivered as if we’re not going to do anything about it. This is sad and sickening and no one ever answers the phone or follows up with the complaints you file. They need to be investigated.

    The customer service was so bad I felt compelled to write a review warning people call anyone but here if you need help on anything post office related the wait time was intense and the virtual assistant was insufferable and redundant the way it kept repeating the same options even after I asked to speak to an agent it would say something along the lines of “I see you need to speak to an agent but answer a few questions first to schedule your appointment” and proceed to attempt scheduling an appointment for me that was already scheduled the wait time was no joke either I spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to a robot and waiting for an actual person to service me which took less than 5 minutes and it was spent with an irritated attitude and someone who seemed just as robotic as the virtual assistant overall I wish I read the review before wasting an hour of my time this morning.

    In the span of 3 months I have had to pick up my package about 7 times because the delivery driver failed to do theyre job. At first they would ring my bell yelling for me to come down with a major attitude (only a female voice) but never wanted to wait the two minutes it would take for me to come down, which I was told they dont deliver past the 3rd floor (does any body else have this problem?) which has to be a lie because Ive had male delivery drivers previously deliver to my door without a problem, OR they would shove my package halfway up the stairs and be gone before I could see who they were. After I made a complaint online, NO ONE rings my bell to come down. Matter of fact they dont attempt to deliver at all (sounds like retaliation if u ask me). Every time Id be home waiting and sometimes I would even see the truck drive away without ringing my bell but tracking claimed theyve "attempted" delivery. After noticing this I have made a complaint online EVERY SINGLE TIME they chose to lie and not deliver my package. But wait it gets better. The last two times I've been home and failed to receive my package, I would track it to find out that I have requested to have my package picked up at the post office! When I've done NO such thing. I dont even know how to or that someone can request such a thing. If I did Id request that my packages never come through the post office because this is absolutely ridiculous. I go to the post office to show them that their delivery driver is completely lying and that Id like to speak to the manager and BOTH times they've evaded that by telling me they'll speak to the manager for me. This is now the second time tracking is saying I requested at 12:36pm TODAY to pick up my package... its only 10:44am!!! Does that make any sense?!??! Clearly no one has spoken to the manager, nor do they care to hold their drivers responsible. If I could give tomatoes instead of stars they'd get plenty. And now I understand why people trip out cause why are you guys playing with me?? Trump plays in our face all day with plenty more days to go and you think people have ANY more patience LEFT for dumb stuff like this?!? Please stop playing in my face and do your job. Cause I have time and will be in YALL faces asking to speak to the manager EVERY TIME. Trust me.
