The rudeness and attitude of those behind the window and on the phone is beyond words. I cringe every-time a package or letter is to be delivered through the Postal Service. I have to play postman and deliver to my neighbors mail that is given to me because the worker refuses to read the address correctly. Please, please there has to be a light at the end of the tunnel and I hope that I live to see this light….
