When done the line had grown to 11 people! I was very concerned & contemplated leaving, especially since there was only 1 clerk/ window open, but gave the line a try. And SO GLAD I DID! WHAT A SUPERCLERK 22!! SHe was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous & handled business keeping that line moving so noone was waiting forever. It was the best representation of USPS I've seen in a long time, other than my regular station at Columbus Avenue who are A+ #1 in my book. It was refreshing to have this excellent experience as a 1st timer & I'd utilize this station more because of it. KUDOS, a RAISE & 5 STARS to SUPERCLERK 22! and most of all THANK YOU for taking PRIDE in your job & the community you serve! I've been to many other USPS offices and it's like visiting a horrific prison. Talk about disgruntled postal workers. It's ridiculous for them to be so mean, unprofessional & take forever to do NOTHING and be so unhelpful.
