The old lady is rued and unprofessional and disrespectful.she always has problems with customers.I always respect people because of where I from and education I received but with her it’s different.she doesn’t want to listen to anyone.if you don’t like your job you better quit and let someone else do it. I always go the post office and last time I spoke to me but I didn’t understand what she was saying and I gently asked her if you could repeat or explain to me hum she said next customer,I said waou really?what you doing there if you can’t explain people what they should do or understand better?? She refused to receive me because I tried to explain her who she really is ,I told her I always see her disrespect people here and she may change herself for the benefit of others tooo.i don’t to see her there in the office

The worst service I have received in a public office. the young girl with braids in her hair who works there is not qualified to deal with people. It is inhuman and not professional, it treats the elderly and all the person as they are going to ask for alms. Mr. and Mrs. who previously worked there were better people than her. it's a pity that in this country there are people like her working in that kind of offices. They USPS should follow up on the staff because they are able to get out of that counter and kill a person with anger and they will go talk and act. She is an arrogant and ignorant and bad person. I will never step on that office just for not seeing her face again.
