Rude and unprofessional staff. I came in to ship a Depop order, and none of the bubble mailers were out to grab, so I had to ask the only postal worker at the window if they even had any in stock and for different sizes. The worker had an attitude the whole time. I mentioned I had a QR code to scan but she wanted me to pay for the bubble mailer first so I did. As soon as I paid and started putting my item inside she calls the next customer even though I'm literally still standing at the window and told her I had a QR code ready to scan. There were only two people behind me, and I waited my turn like everyone else. The next customer comes up even though I'm still at the window and the worker is trying to ignore me. I ask the worker once again to scan my code so I can finish my transaction and she was so nasty about it for no reason. I've been to multiple post offices in the Bronx and this is by far the worst one.

If I could it a 0 I would. Mail goes missing. Envelopes are opened when they look to see if it has cash even when it's wrapped in paper & foil. Rude.

Absolutely horrible service had a package supposibly delivered on the 19th which was not true they left no notice I rescheduled a redelivery they didn't attempt to redeliver I did this 3 times NOTHING I also filed two complaints against this post office . I finally called the post office directly twice on the same day and was told that and I quote " I don't have time to fuss with customers" and when I called the second time I was told to relax and change my tone. They would talk over me and tell me lies about how they attempted to redelivery and how my buzzer was broken which for a fact isn't true due to the fact that I was getting packages from various companies other than usps by BUZZING them in. It is now the 29th I went to the post office to pick up my package this grown women with pictales went to find my package came back 10 mins later saying that she needed a "key" and started gossiping with other employees until she asked me what my tracking number was, this one lady saw my frustration and kindly found my package within 5 mins ! I don't understand what's going on within this post office and who's hiring these nasty people but they need to get rid of everyone and start over no one here does their job other than the kind women to the best of their ability they don't care.something seriously needs to be done.
