- KRKassy RodriguezNov 13, 20251.0Rude and unprofessional staff. I came in to ship a Depop order, and none of the bubble mailers were out to grab, so I had to ask the only postal worker at the window if they even had any in stock and for different sizes. The worker had an attitude the whole time. I mentioned I had a QR code to scan but she wanted me to pay for the bubble mailer first so I did. As soon as I paid and started putting my item inside she calls the next customer even though I'm literally still standing at the window and told her I had a QR code ready to scan. There were only two people behind me, and I waited my turn like everyone else. The next customer comes up even though I'm still at the window and the worker is trying to ignore me. I ask the worker once again to scan my code so I can finish my transaction and she was so nasty about it for no reason. I've been to multiple post offices in the Bronx and this is by far the worst one.

- SKsarata kabaJul 22, 20251.0This post office is a hilariously bad joke I had a letter with all of my personal information including my social security taken out the mailbox opened left outside for a week that somehow made it to my building mailroom floor. I went in the next day was told by the supervisor she said that it’s not their fault (it’s not mine either I went to the location exactly at 7pm but no one wanted to open the door so I had to use the outside mailbox) she also added that if I can’t afford buying another letter there’s nothing she can do. Then Fernando Sanchez disregarded my complaint about her and told me to put my mail inside of the post office during business hours. This post office is a CIRCUS any good review has to be fake because every time there’s a clown to play in your face. Watch my review be deleted
