This is worse explanation I’ve ever gotten from a customer service representative, that is not the customers problem it sounds more of an internal issue that should be addressed by management.

I bought multiple items a few days ago from different sellers and my stuff has arrived except for the items I bought from the seller using this post office (and I live in the south). I contacted the seller and they said they’ve dropped the items off just wait for usps to update. This is ridiculous I’ve never had a package say “usps awaiting item” for over two days.
- Gß GJul 24, 20253.0I've had positive/timely experiences ,but its a hit or miss. Several dept are understaffed and sadly that has consequences. Re-delivery / Paid pick-up requests are completely unreliable. My experience w Carriers has been amazing, as they're helpful and responsible (despite), during my experience at Wakefield (over 10yr). I have to admit, this might be one of the not so great locations. As a commuter, I love that they're now open later. There are tellers where you can keep short+sweet and still get a sales pitch of 5 options highlighting the most expensive ..although you were clear in request from the beginning after waiting 35min in line.. and some that look absolutely miserable everytime I've see them. Your experience is likely to be a B but might be an F.

Lines to pickup packages and mailing a package should be separated. Opening and closing of windows between breaks and lunches is too long. Opening without the proper change in your drawer especially in the morning to start the day is incompetent as a season clerk. Clerks should be educated on simple guidelines for especially mailing international packages this time of year. P. O. Is only as good as its managers.
