worst post office ever they will leave ur packages then state its gonna be “redelivered” and to this day the tracking numbers still statethat the packages are being “delivered” next day .. ts was months ago mind u and when i go there theres never any staff or when there is they’re mad rude and bold behind that counter but wouldnt get it on out of it… and the lines are so slow. this is why for packages drop off i go to grand concourse usps atleast they have semi sense in there

MISS HAMILITON CALLED NYPD ON US BECAUSE HER AND HER WORKERS REFUSED TO LOOK FOR OUR PACKAGES. THEY CLAIM THEY HAD A MESS IN THE BACK AND DID NOT WANT CLEAN IT.

Worse usps ever. They called the cops on us because we wanted our packages. Miss hamiliton is the worse of them all. They verbatim stated that they have a mess in the back and don’t feel like looking for my package.

If I could put zero stars I would. MISS HAMILITON is the worse supervisor. She refused to look for my package. On top of that I was there from 9am to 5 PM AND THEY CALLED THE COPS ON EVERYONE SO THEY CAN STOP WORKING!!!

They don’t do their JOBS! Delivery guys don’t be wanting to deliver packages and that causes a K.Os
I was standing outside for 2 hours and inside for 2 hours just for them to call the police to kick us out!!!
If the delivery drivers was doing their jobs not a lot of people will be in that line waiting on their packages!!!
