No one ever seems to be held accountable, and instead we’re forced to go out of our way to pick up packages that should have been delivered in the first place. It’s beyond frustrating. What exactly is being done during these shifts if packages aren’t being delivered to people who are home and waiting? This level of service is ridiculous, and something seriously needs to change.
