Someone picked up1 time and didn't say anything. Another time they put the call on hold. Your customer's mail is important to them and if your post office place our mail at the wrong location we deserve answers. My mail was marked delivered to a parcel locker but there was no key in my mailbox. I was actually in the lobby at the time they said they delivered the package. It's ashame how customers put they're trust in receiving service we pay for and the company doesn't even care. Still calling no answer. Where's the supervisors that allow their staff to ignore these calls. This is the only number they provide for this office so there should be someone there to answer. The company I placed my order with also provide this same number to try to locate our packages before they lose money replacing replacing our orders if possible. Still calling.

I got the stamps for Christmas at the conner post office, stayed up until 4am filling out cards, a lot of cards and not a single neighbor received their card. There are so many older seniors living alone here and a thought would have made a difference. Why?
