The kiosk which can save me up to 6 hrs a week in waiting time is often not able to scan shipping labels or QR codes but always avaliable to collect funds ... The staff *not all (can be) rude and dismissive, and the lines brutality long. Its a really accurate reflection of our government and its service for the very people who keep it running! Also while standing in line I witnessed the most disrespectful exchange between a postal worker and a costumer, and a third person on a phone of the customer.. ending with a door being slammed in the customers face and the police being called on a person who just wants to know what happened to their money order and how they could fix it. Totally outrageous!!!!! I wish I had filmed it!

Customer Service is nonexistent absolutely dismal. I can’t wait for them to get shut down. This place should not even exist if I could give negative stars I would.
