USPS YA NEED TO TAKE NOTES FROM AMAZON
To call this professional federal business about my package all day is very very annoying, when you go in person they are so rude and always late. They lines are so unorganized no sing to tell you what line is for what, people that is behind the glass just standing there on there phone or pretending to clean the dirty floor by mopping a small little corner of the dirty floor pretending to do something,
They would see people on the line asking for so assistance but nothing . When you ask for a supervisor or manager, there will be none on sight as per the workers that is there on time and is helping,
This building needs to be investigated and get rid of the ridiculous ones that don’t wanna work
Don’t even get me started on the delivery drivers, They don’t even come upstairs, they don’t call you , they don’t leave any notes, they don’t even make any attempts to deliver your packages
I liveed at my house for over 6 years and not once have I received a package 📦 from usps
But Amazon or FedEx Iv get all my packages

It's always gloomy in here and it's always long wait times with each person taking 10-20 minutes to get attended. Currently in a line outside of this USPS hasn't moved in 20 minutes.
Update: it's been 2 hours now, they're closing in 4 minutes and the line hardly has moved.

On 2/15/26 went to pick up a package with my service animal. The teller told me that she was not going to provide me with services because of my dog. I explained that it was a service animal and that I have documentation she told me to leave and refuse to let me get my package. My wife was expecting a package on 2/26/2026 that never came because they automatic stated that she had to pick up the package. My wife spoke to a lady claiming to be a supervisor talking down to her on 2/27/26 stating that the package will be redelivered on 2/28/26 which was a lie. This the worst post office every, it needs to be shut down or rehire new staff. They lie about packages stating that one is home. The workers are rude, unprofessional and no work ethics.

The service at this post office is one of the worst I've ever been to. Some of them are nice but don't really either know what their doing, take an extremely long time to do a simple task or give you misleading information. It's always packed. They are understaffed and overworked. Every time I've been in there somebody was either yelling or causing a scene either with another person or someone who works there behind the glass. I've had tons of issues with mail delivery where it says items are being delivered when they are not. It's really ridiculous. Nobody wants to help. I've spoken with 3 different postmasters each one says they'll fix it. It's fixed for a day then it starts happening again. I'm not sure if they need to be re-budgeted by USPS, internally audited. If they need to fire a bunch of people and get new better trained ones. Maybe their current employees need to be retrained. Any of those things. Very poor experience.

This place is staffed by miserable nasty people with bad attitudes. While waiting in the regular line, I watched three men standing in the pickup line next to me get told—abruptly—that the counter was closed.
When I approached to ask a simple question, the employee seemed irritated, didn’t understand what I was asking, and sent me off to another staff member. The next person answered with a rude, sarcastic tone and even mocked my question by saying it “made no sense.” I left saying there are no dumb questions there are only dumb answers.
Customer service like this is unacceptable. I rarely say this, but I would honestly prefer dealing with AI, a machine, or self-service than misrra staff who are this dismissive, nasty, and unprofessional!
