Room for improvement but improved!

- RTRachell TorresNov 19, 20251.0Horrible customer service!!! made an appointment online to come in for my passport only for the staff lady to be super rude she had the worst attitude, my appointment was 11:30 I came in at 11:15 in case there was a big line when I got there was no line she claimed I needed copies of a few documents I asked if she can make the copies for me I don’t mind paying extra she said she” doesn’t get paid to make copies for me” with an attitude. Since I was there before my appointment I proceeded to step out and get the copies she requested, came back at 11:25 still five minutes before the time of my appointment and she simply said “you have to reschedule your appointment I will not be taking care of you”. I asked why ,didn’t wanna give me a reason basically kicked me out saying “byeeeee nextttt”
