They say in a text that they are open on Sundays when they are actually closed and on top of that they say that they supposedly attempted to deliver packages to me and left a notice when they didn't. There's a big sign on the front door saying to leave my packages and not take them back to the post office. I'm sick of playing with them about my packages. Plus my friend has a camera above the front door outside of the building and one in front of her door which sees everything in the hallway by the front door. They need to put the correct information online and text the correct information.

I had to drop off a package and the line was extremely long. I was scared I was going to wait forever. I was patient and had the pleasure to be serviced by Noelle that was so helpful and kind. Her customer service made me forget that I was waiting some time. Glad I got her to handle my package.
