A package that I filed a case for was supposed to be delivered on February 10. On that date I only received one package that I had filed a case on, but not the other one, which I never got a slip for to pick up at the Fordham Post Office. I filed another case, and the package was then sent back to the sender. I paid for shipping and lost that money. The USPS does not care. Now when I am supposed to receive a package from them I get nervous it will never arrive.

It’s incredible how, at 10 AM, this location can have a package pick-up line that takes over an hour just to get close to the front—not even the front of the line, just close to it. I’m sure the workers are nice people, but the management feels nonexistent. Nothing about this place is efficient.
Coming to this post office ruins my day. I could win the lottery, and if someone told me I had to come pick up a package here, it would completely wipe out any joy I had left. No one who walks out of this place feels positive about their experience. Years have been taken off my life just standing in these lines.
I’d rather have my packages “return to sender” than stand in this line again. I consider myself a good person, but honestly, I don’t know what I did in life to deserve this kind of torture that is the post office. This place is purgatory—my own personal hell.

They say they attempted to deliver the package that business was closed when business doesn’t close for another two hours. Don’t know if the driver is lying to get more overtime or just too lazy service is disgraceful.
