    I love this place! It’s very convenient to return your packages. There are multiple people working, so you don’t have to wait too long. They are also knowledgeable if a situation arises, they can handle it. It’s a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!

    First of all Im very happy the store is in my neighborhood. The staff is absolutely wonderful! I had a problem printing my label and finding the item code. They staff was patient, kind and very helpful.

    I was charged almost double the amount at your location. I paid $64 for Next Day Delivery, and the very next day I shipped the same package - with the same weight, dimensions, and destination - from another location for only $34 for the same Next Day Delivery service. This price difference is unreasonable, especially since both shipments were identical in every detail. I am requesting an explanation for this discrepancy and a refund for the overcharged amount.

    I came here because my daughter who is a pharmacist graduate said to please use a small pharmacy who can be patient with me and polite . I am older so I love a smoke when I go to the pharmacy. My daughter is in Brooklyn so that is why she says to use this pharmacy close to where I live . As soon as I came in they smiled at me. I was not feeling great that day . A car had hit me and they were so quick and efficient with me . They explained the medication for my eyes . They also delivered my medication at my home . This was amazing service , I felt so special and taken care of . At my age very important . However no matter your age politeness is omportant. It is like having a doctor with amazing bedside manner you heal better feel better . Mr. Pharmacy is like my amazing doctors a wonderful combination . I wrote a lot because people write complaints, but never long good ones.

    I visited this UPS store about a week ago to return an Amazon item. After the employee scanned my return box, I had to cancel the return for personal reasons and took the box back with me. When I came back today to return it again, Amazon showed that my return was already “in progress.” It seems the employee who helped me last week didn’t properly cancel the return after scanning. I asked the staff today to print out the scan record to confirm what happened, but they refused and kept repeating that there was nothing they could do because the barcode had already been used. Then they even told me that since the return was already processed, I could just keep the item — which made no sense. Keeping a refunded item would be dishonest. When I tried to explain, the employee started blaming me and questioned why I canceled the return. This was completely unnecessary and inappropriate — it was not my fault, and they had no right or reason to question me like that. They’re not the police. Mistakes can happen during the return process, and I understand that. But what really upset me was the employee’s poor attitude and lack of professionalism. The person claimed to be the manager, but their behavior definitely didn’t reflect that. This kind of customer service and attitude should not be acceptable at a UPS store
