The gentleman at this location had yhe nerve to ask me.if I didn't have $10 for a box and not only that the charge $2 dollars just to tape up the box. This . Ups location is a rip off . I got a box for free from deli across the street. Its a shame !@@@

These people charged me to print out a return slip that is already paid for which I confirmed when I called the UPS customer service number that its part of the service. Then they required me to buy a box because its two items but I confirmed I didn’t have to as long as the return slip are inside of the one box since its going to the same location. I am currently making a formal complaint through UPS and will be reporting this through federally through CA.
