But when I was faced with a situation that required having to cancel my delivery and process an interception, this store was no only completely clueless on the process, they were unwilling to help. I contacted UPS directly and I was advised that the store has multiple capabilities however, they are choosing not to assist me. All they cared about was the money coming out of their account for the package being in shipment. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received and I will never use this UPS store for shipping again.

Very convenient to drop off my packages now and previously had already been using the pharmacy for years because they are a small pharmacy that actually gets to know you and your family and can take time to give advice. What a breath of fresh air. I get my vaccines here too. Oh, and they also can notarize documents. Great addition to the neighborhood.

I’ve been selling through apps for 6+ years utilizing USPS with little to no issues. UPS offers lower shipping on heavier items, and by heavy i mean 3-5lbs, so i thought to give a try. Dropped off a few packages 3 weeks ago to give this place a chance, received 1 upcharge of $4 which i thought odd but i let it go. Dropped off another package last week and today i received an upcharge of $28 on a 5lb 16x16x5 package. So in total $36 to ship 1 single package. I weighed and measured my package- the max it should have cost was $11.99 total, which covers up to 10lbs at that measurement. IT WEIGHED NOWHERE NEAR 10LBS! SCAMMERS.
