- MCmaribel claseDec 18, 20251.0En esa tienda solo las mujeres tratan a los clientes con educación y respeto, siempre estan dispuestas a ayudar y orientar, hay un empleado llamado Bryan, que deberian de darle trabajo en la parte trasera de la tienda, donde no tengan que atender clientes, es mal educado e irrespetuoso con los clientes, siempre esta aburrido y de mal humor, hoy estuve alla entregando una devolución para macy's y el se nego a darme un recibo de que estaba entregando un paquete, le dije que yo necesitaba una constancia de que le habia entregado a UPS el paquete y se nego rotundamente hablandome mal y le dije que debia de tener respeto por los clientes, por que gracias a nosotros los clientes es que a elmle pagan, es muy gestoso, mal educado e irrespetuoso, su forma de contestar es como si uno fuera a esa tienda a pedir y no buscar un servicio, tambien le paso a una señora que estaba delante de mi, primero le dijo que le cobraría 25 dolares por una caja que devolvería y luego le dice que eran 45, la señora le dijo no podía decirle un precio primero y otro después, le hablo mal a la señora y ella pidió hablar con el manager y Brayan le dijo que el vuelve en 3 meses. Osea como un empleado tiene derecho a maltratar un cliente que en ningún momento le flato el respeto?

What is particularly disappointing is that this store serves the Kingsbridge/Riverdale community, which is not a high-income area. Adding unnecessary fees like this feels exploitative and undermines trust in a neighborhood business that many residents rely on for basic services. In addition, the staff’s overall attitude was unattentive and unwelcoming, which further contributed to a negative experience. Transparency and fairness matter, specially in community-facing businesses. Unfortunately, this location fell short on both.
