  I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day. Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find—especially at large chain stores—this experience really stood out. Huge thanks to Jessica and the print team!

  Excellent location of Staples that is both expansive in its inventory and clean beyond your wildest imagination. Everything is quite orderly and it’s so simple to find all you need. I think the store is also appropriately staffed with several employees asking if I needed help. Grateful to that. Good printer ink selection. Some locations don’t always have my ink

  Snayder was amazing over at printing. Extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and had suggestions.
