The young woman with glasses in the Copy & Printing department was wonderful and incredibly helpful—we were able to complete our prints without any issues. The young man in the Shipping area was also very kind and even offered us some tape when we needed it, despite the fact that we ultimately couldn’t return the package at that location. However, another staff member (an older woman with glasses) came out from the shipping office and spoke to him sharply in front of us for lending us a small piece of tape, even though we had already used and paid for services in the store. She then inserted herself into our situation—without being asked—and told us that we were at the wrong location, which we already knew. We truly appreciate employees like the first two, who were courteous, solution-oriented, and professional. Customer service like theirs makes a big difference.
