The lady on the phone told me i had to watch a youtube video on how to install a filter, it is NOT my job to do that after i pay for the services to be done, I run a company and DO NOT have TIME to WATCH a YOUTUBE video.

They bring water packs I didn’t request and cleaning products on my bill that I didn’t get it. I was calling multiple times and these workers play as they don’t know anything to help the costumer. I’m going to call costumer service and place a claim for this company.

I cancel my subscription and im waiting for them to pick up the empty bottles and the cooler more than 2 weeks now. They lied to me saying they went and there was nothing outside for pickup, when i told them to check because i have a ring bell camera and they never went to my apartment unit. Talking about i have to put it outside for them to pickup HELLO I LIVE IN A BUILDING UNITS, how im supposed to leave the cooler and bottles out in the street. Lie lie lie thats what this company is and i DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
