    The service is horrible !! The worst ever … why to have stress about water Right??? This company it’s perfect for that !! They bring water packs I didn’t request and cleaning products on my bill that I didn’t get it. I was calling multiple times and these workers play as they don’t know anything to help the costumer. I’m going to call costumer service and place a claim for this company.

    Its the worse water delivery company i have ever experienced. They scheduled a delivery for you then they just dont show up and reschedule without letting you know. I cancel my subscription and im waiting for them to pick up the empty bottles and the cooler more than 2 weeks now. They lied to me saying they went and there was nothing outside for pickup, when i told them to check because i have a ring bell camera and they never went to my apartment unit. Talking about i have to put it outside for them to pickup HELLO I LIVE IN A BUILDING UNITS, how im supposed to leave the cooler and bottles out in the street. Lie lie lie thats what this company is and i DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

    I wish I could this company minus 1000 stars. My last delivery was in April. I was told the company did not have anymore glass bottles but mind you I have 6 empty ones lined up outside my door. I was not told about the supposedly glass bottle shortage at first. I spoke to 3 reps within a week and it was the third rep to tell me about the shortage. I was informed earlier this month that the glass bottles are back in stock. I was suppose to get a delivery on the 19 and it never came. I was suppose to get another delivery today, the 29th, and guess what, you guessed it, they never came. I received an email and text message confirming the delivery. I only spoke to a customer service rep who assured me that my water and new dispenser was on the truck. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did I mention this is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! W. O. R. S. T!

    I been waiting two months for water and all empty bottles on my porch. Want to cancel services and they don't let me smh so disappointed. I was supposed to get delivery today now it got rescheduled.

    Worst service ever never comes when they suppose to don’t bring the water upstairs just leaves it in front of when they do show up customer support no help they change ur delivery whenever they want they basically the only water company now with horrible service don’t use them
