I stopped in to get something notarized and was told to wait for the notary I was the only other person in the store waiting as the person before me was finishing up. after 10 min's. I asked how much longer as i could see & hear the person on the phone in the back (small store) not sure if she was on the phone with a client but it sure sounded like a personal call with plenty of laughing and carrying on. by this time a line had developed in the store and again the store had emptied out and i'm still waiting (at least 15 min's later). I decided to call the store manager & guess who it was --the girl on the phone "ANA" the "mananger" & the notary- she picked up immediately and I asked her how much more time does she need, she said to give her a few seconds. She wallked out and aggressively approached me and stated that I was being passively aggressive because the other employee had told me to wait I said look I just want to get this notarized and told her how long I waited & she was the one who was being aggressive - she turned around and told me to take my business else where. I called the owner to explain the situation he seemed like a nice person but not really sure anything will come of it. Either way I wouldn't recommend doing business until this store Manager "Ana" under goes some kind of attitude adjustment. Btw, this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a negative review on any business in my life...
