  This place is by far the worst of the worst. We mailed a package to my daughter and they put somebody else’s stuff in our box and charged us $205 to mail it to her and when she got the package and opened it up, it had somebody else’s belongings in it which brought the package weight too damn near 20 pounds. Our package didn’t even weigh 7 pounds and we had to pay for somebody else’s stuff and didn’t even know about it until today when my daughter received it and opened it and called me and asked me about it, if I could give this place zero stars I would and I would highly recommend that nobody use this place to ship packages from !!! We are out of over $100 because their employees are dumb as a doorbell we feel like we’ve been robbed and what about the poor person who trusted them with their package and they never received it because it was added in mine ? I will never do business with them again and would never suggest them to anyone this employee who name I will not mention in this review does not need to be working in this line of work making mistakes like this and costing customers money

  Customer service is very bad. They forgot to send out my package. After a week when I called it was finally sent out.

  THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! USPS letter shipment w/ delivery confirmation and signature was $34!!! Shipping the same letter via UPS was over $60 The cost at the USPS office $10.71 Private business or not...do NOT go here.

  The ONLY reliable place in the neighborhood when it comes to UPS, FedEx & i don't think people understand that businesses have to charge certain Fee's for their services to stay OPEN You're not paying for a piece of paper you're paying for the Services & conveniences they provide . And they do it very well
