I dropped my phone in a close to impossible spot to pick up and Victor, Tasha, and another guy that i didn’t grab his name but he worked in the back spent an hour helping me reach for my phone. The problem solving skills victor has is the reason we were able to finally get my phone, he thought outside the box for a very creative solution that worked immediately. Tasha and Victor were my hero’s that night. Thank you for your service!

They failed to gain access to the the building because of the faulty intercom system. They have been able to gain access to the building previously. I received my packages 📦 without interruptions. My bell wasn't working. They could have rang another bell. I live on the 1st floor.

I guess they're getting paid to screw ppl around. I seen the fedex truck down the block from me at 12:30pm on e.138th st. so what could've possibly happened? Horrible service on this delivery and I will escalate this matter!

It's a shame that ppl steal stuff from other ppl not knowing the person's circumstances specially this holiday season. That gift was for my son. Next time im in New York I will for sure be making a stop here so they better be ready for me.

Very disappointing and definitely not the level of service customers deserve.
