  I visited today the store at Bay Plaza and was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Maybe less. I purchased a portable hard drive and it was $20 more than another retailer but due to proximity I purchased from Staples. Found help right away, received the item, and was checked out right away.

  These people are horrible. Terrible customer service. Especially in the printing department, the lady with the cross eye , she’s so busy doing nothing asking her for assistance seems like begging. The security guard (Jamaican man with long dreadlocks) disgusting mannerisms and basically being paid to stand up and yawn. Who’s is the store manager ? Please contact me.

  Adding to my.review today 10-30-23 Wanted to give it another try at this location and it just continues horrible horrible service. An argument even started a 1:40pm between customer and employee because people have been on line for 30 to 45 mins and only 1 person working in packages, in sending faxes or copies 2 out 6 machines are working. Employees have no clue what to do or doing. I'm staying away totally from this location and I suggest everyone does the same and look for another place. This is horrible horrible service...... This location in Bay Plaza is the worst in the planet. No employees anywhere to help and the waiting time to pay at the register when the store is empty and your only the second person. On line is ridiculous. Three mths ago I came here to buy a desk and chair for my new home office, I saw what I wanted and looked for an employee for 35 minutes, when finally someone came he says I'll check in the back, he never came back I ended buying somewhere else. Today I go in to buy a mouse pad I'm second in line when I got to the register, 15 minutes later I'm still second in line because the cashier is to busy teaching someone how to use their cell phone. Come on if you see you're taking to long then call someone to open another register. I just left and went to Best Buy. This is all the time at this location no employees, cashiers goofing around. Never going to this location ever, I do not recommend it at all.

  Empress was very helpful I love coming here when she is working it is a quick n easy check out. She knows her job very well I know for sure one day she will be a manager. Thank u so much for your help. Thanks again
