The photo printer is broken) and they said no they’re not allowed to. So I couldn’t even pay to have my photo printed if I wanted. No idea when the photo printer will be back up.

I asked the associate if I can print something using my own card stock, the associate Destiny said I cannot use the card stock paper since it can potentially jam the printer, although I've used my own card stock paper in multiple Staple locations before. She then proceeds to tell me I have to place an order that will be completed potentially on Wednesday but she cannot make any promises since her shift was ending soon. I subsequently went to the Staples in Mount Vernon, printed what I needed with my card stock paper and the associates had incredible customer service. Stay away from Baychester Staples since they cannot be "bothered."
