Dirty, understaffed, and frankly shocking that this place is still open. It's like if staples was alive and then died and was brought back to life as a thoughtless husk but somehow still named Staples.

I've been shopping at this Staples for years, but after today not again. The service was painfully slow, and this cashier at the front had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with—rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in doing their job. He scanned the item and instead of placing the item on the table he tossed it at me on the table. When I went to the copy and print department for help, I was basically brushed off and told to deal with the self-service machines myself with zero guidance. On top of that, there wasn’t a single employee on the floor to help with anything, so I was left wandering around completely ignored. It honestly felt like the entire staff couldn’t care less about customers. This has to be one of my worst retail experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be stepping foot in there again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
