You can tell immediately that he truly cares about people and takes pride in doing his job well, which is honestly rare these days. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Wanda at the checkout. She was just as wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and efficient, with an impeccable work ethic. The combination of Kevin’s exceptional customer service and Wanda’s positive, professional attitude made this visit an absolute pleasure.
