Unfortunately, the experience at this White Plains Road location was completely different. The staff here made it feel like asking for help was an inconvenience. Simple print services that I’ve had done with no problem at other Staples were treated like they couldn’t be done at all. It wasn’t just about one request—it was the attitude. There was no willingness to assist, no effort to explain options, just a feeling that customers are a bother. Because I know the level of service Staples can provide, I was really disappointed. I wouldn’t return to this location for print services. Staples is capable of better, and I’ve experienced better at other stores.

She said: We don't accept those packages. Since UPS dont accept their prepaid packages there, they must remove listing of this services on Google for Staple 2040 White Plain Road Bronx.
