  Great place providing all round services from store to USPS, Amazon and recycling and others — although customer service could be better tbh — it feels like you are being rude for simply being at the store — at the same time I had also great experiences so luck of the draw I guess in terms of customer service

  Bad costumer service just after waiting in line she took the person behind me and said I had to do it on my own it was to much information to put in just because I didn’t have a bard code

  La persona que estaba recogiendo las devoluciones de Amazon le dije que no podía abrir el.locker para buscar un paquete que tenía ahí y lo único que hizo fue llamar a la siguiente persona ya son 2 personas que son bien malgeniados para ayudar.. creo que les falta más educación en servicio al.publico

  I wish Staples,(full-service), store would come back to Bartow Avenue in Co-op City. It was so convenient especially for Seniors and people with disabilities. People were able to order office supplies, electronics, UPS, Amazon returns. Please come back. 😔😪

  My visit began positively. The printing associate who assisted me initially provided excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, asked the right questions, explained printer and paper requirements clearly, and even tried to up sale me a printer. However, after spending approximately 45 minutes to an hour in the store selecting the appropriate paper and creating a print template, I was only then informed that printing would take an additional hour due to a backlog. While I understand delays happen, this information was not communicated upfront, despite knowing I intended to print. That lack of transparency was frustrating. The situation escalated when I spoke with the manager, Myaowa, to ask whether another Staples location (the 86th Street store) could accommodate my laser paper. I did not ask for expedited service--only whether the other store could be contacted. I was given conflicting information about whether my paper could be used, and the associate and manager discussed the situation as though I were not present, which felt unprofessional. Ultimately, the manager stated he could not contact another Staples location because the stores are franchises that compete with one another. This explanation was surprising and did not align with expectations of a national retail brand. My concern is the lack of clear communication, inconsistent information, and how the situation was handled by management.
