I contacted this post office an hour after this notice was posted asking if they had the package in the office to see if the customer could pick it up. He put me on hold for 10 min because he had to find the lady who could look that up, then told me she was on lunch and he did not know how to do that... I have been to my own local post office in this situation and the lady walked in back and found my box with my name on it, handed it to me and I was off in 5 min... this place is terrible.
