This is listed as a “happy return location” on azazie.com and the staff said that they are aware yet they looked at me like I had three heads when I asked how to go about the return. They said that the label provided by azazie.com was for FedEx, which I understand but they deadpan stared at me when I asked how do people go about using the happy return system. I asked what the label was supposed to look like, no answer. Literally looked at me like I was insane. If you have a “happy return”, just go to FedEx

In all previous cases, post office employees sealed the boxes themselves without any extra charge. I request clarification on what basis this additional fee is being charged and whether this is an official post office policy.
