  Extremely unhelpful. This is listed as a “happy return location” on azazie.com and the staff said that they are aware yet they looked at me like I had three heads when I asked how to go about the return. They said that the label provided by azazie.com was for FedEx, which I understand but they deadpan stared at me when I asked how do people go about using the happy return system. I asked what the label was supposed to look like, no answer. Literally looked at me like I was insane. If you have a “happy return”, just go to FedEx

  Сегодня я была в почтовом отделении. Сотрудник отказался заклеить коробку скотчем и сказал, что я должна принести свой скотч, а если у меня его нет — заплатить 3 доллара, и тогда он сам заклеит коробку. Считаю такое требование необоснованным, так как ранее подобной услуги за отдельную плату не существовало. Во всех предыдущих случаях сотрудники почты самостоятельно заклеивали коробки без дополнительной оплаты. Прошу разъяснить, на каком основании взимается дополнительная плата и является ли это официальным правилом почты Today I was at the post office. The employee refused to seal the box with tape and said that I had to bring my own tape, and if I didn't have any, I would have to pay $3, and then he would seal the box himself. I consider this requirement unreasonable, as this service has never been offered for an additional fee before. In all previous cases, post office employees sealed the boxes themselves without any extra charge. I request clarification on what basis this additional fee is being charged and whether this is an official post office policy.
