I had won a purchase through an auction and several shipper's information was provided. This was a new process for me but the ease with which Frank and his team worked to handle my purchase was wonderful. I received the item earlier than expected, in great condition. No problems from start to finish. Someone else's review had mentioned a $10/day charge if your item was not picked up in 10 days. I was stressing a bit on that, but with Frank and his wonderful team, there was no need to worry. Thank you.
