- ESEric SchojanDec 6, 20181.0The experience I had with this post office, having worked in customer service 10+years, was by far the worst. Having moved from brasher area with a change of address form sent in, for whatever reason we realized that packages were still being sent to the wrong address. This being after my fiance spoke with lisa that morning and was told anythinf would be held until the COA went through. When we called and inquired about the package that was STILL sent to the wrong address we were told....sorry, ask them to put it back I the mail. What if I hadn't known them?? What if there was no way of contacting them?? This was horrible, no responsibility was taken and nothing was accomplished. Thank you brasher post office for the absolute worst experience I've had with any oragnization.
