- DNDave NewtonFeb 11, 20221.0Rented PO BOX online, went into post office to activate at 12:30pm, knowing they are only open until 1pm, was turned away told to go print copy, no way can I make it back before they close, this branch needs NEW MANAGEMENT! Instead of making things simple and providing any kind of customer service I was denied, because I didn’t have a hard copy of the application as “proof of payment “ how about my credit card receipt and the confirmation email, order number ,etc…. the girl working the counter was nice but when the manager came to the counter she was not helpful at all and was acting like I was putting her out because she had to do her job, if I could Rate 0 zero stars I would! Mind you, while online setting up the PO Box, the system didn’t let me confirm the order/size of PO Box I wanted and charged my card before I authorized it. Also it charged me $94 when the advertise price is $84 for a small size box. I wanted an extra small box for $62. The USPS IS A JOKE! United Disgrace of America!
