- AAAraf4 days ago1.0Worst UPS experience of my life They made me pay five dollar for a printed label Literally one piece of paper that they had to print Made me pay 15 for a box when I didn’t need one because I already had a box With the paid label on it according to them, It wasn’t clear enough Total bs The guy looked like he didn’t want to be there woke up still sleepy So it’s just him getting his frustration out on people there were three other people he pretty much did the same thing too. Everyone was mad.

Although, there were only 2 people in front of me (one already at the counter) and I still waited 22 minutes for ONE simple Amazon dropoff. I waited in line watching one finger typing, and slow moving employees purposely ignore the line that is now completely wrapped around the entire store. Not one single word. Not one single nod, not one "thanks for your patience". I hate leaving bad reviews, but this warranted one, and then some. Take some pride in what you do.
