  Stopped to drop off my package and nobody was there when doors and online say it’s open… there was also about 15 other people trying to drop off packages as well.

  I made an appointment to get documents notarized. I showed up at my appointment time, and I was informed that the person that notarizes would not be in until two hours after my appointment time. I was told “I’m sorry he should’ve called you to let you know.” Very frustrating to say the least.

  Worst UPS experience of my life They made me pay five dollar for a printed label Literally one piece of paper that they had to print Made me pay 15 for a box when I didn’t need one because I already had a box With the paid label on it according to them, It wasn’t clear enough Total bs The guy looked like he didn’t want to be there woke up still sleepy So it’s just him getting his frustration out on people there were three other people he pretty much did the same thing too. Everyone was mad.

  Walked in to give a package and was told they were closed by a rude employee. The door said the store closes over 3 hours from the time I entered.
