I'm having a real issue I'm missing on some serious mail you guys keep sending some mail back to the public square address My family has been literally redirecting my mail back there I don't know why when I'm up here at the budget inn up here on Washington Street I've been up here since August The landlord up here has a lockbox on the mailbox and he distributes you whatever he wants to and I've been missing on my EBT cards checks money all type of things and I'm not getting my mail

I was left without a slip and when I tried to contact them through the office's phone the moment I got to someone they hung up because I asked what code they were referring to. I wish there were other mail deliverers in the area because this makes me never want to experience mail again.

They keep putting my mail in the wrong parcel locker, and when I go in to speak with the supervisor, Vanessa, she is never in the office. Mr Lasheik promise to find the mail after work. He went to pick my mail from the mail box and return it to my address. I really appreciate helping me find my mail. Thank you sir.
