Long line and slow staff, if there even are staff working. Went at lunch and there were 20+ people in line out the door. One person working. Would not recommend if you’re looking for any sort of customer service. Better off sending smoke signals than a letter from this location.

I had an appointment for passport services today at 1:45 pm. I showed up at about 1:35 pm as they recommend. I was told to sit and wait because the lady was on her lunch break. I waited and at 1:45 pm still no one. Then at 2:05 pm I decided to leave. I had to get back from work as I used MY lunch break for this appointment. Can you please tell me what the point of making an appointment is if it’s not to tell the workers exactly what time you’ll be there and what time you need their services? And appointments are required… if they’re required why isn’t anyone there! They know they have an appointment! Silly! Couldn’t we have taken our ‘lunch break’ at a time that there was not an appointment coming in? Now I have to reschedule for further out because all of the appointment times book up. Trust they will be getting an earful once they finally give me my appointment. Incredibly ridiculous. I wish I knew precisely who did the passports so I could submit a full complaint. Just crazy.

I almost always go to this office to do all my business. Jesse is one of my favorite workers there - he’s always smiling and very helpful. It’s a busy location, and he never lets on that the work there is difficult. I highly recommend choosing his window if you can! 5 stars!
