  Tried to return 4 small items back to Amazon. The return QR code says no label, no box. The woman at the counter, Ashley, said they all had to be in 1 box. So I go home and get a box and come back the next day. I’m told by Ashley that they EACH need their own box. I tell her they weren’t received like that. She says I have to talk to Amazon. So after 2 wasted trips, I contacted Amazon and asked them to change the return to Staples. I normally go there but it wasn’t an option this time. Amazon did fix this and sent me a new return QR code to Staples. I will never go to this UPS store again. I have watched them give people a hard time about returns. I’d give zero stars if it were an option.

  I had a really great experience at the Verizon store on Upper Front Street in Binghamton (in the Jersey Mike’s plaza). Bryan helped me with installing my screen protector and camera lens protector. This is a privately owned Verizon retailer, not a corporate store, and he assisted me as a super courtesy without charging the $45 install fee, which I truly appreciated. That kind of customer service goes a long way. We had a great conversation, and Bryan took the time to explain some of the newer features on the Galaxy S25. Coming from an S10, the phone is noticeably faster, and there are a lot of AI features I didn't know about! He explained things clearly and patiently without making me feel rushed or talked down to. I’ll be honest, tech stores can make me nervous because I don’t know much about electronics or systems, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Bryan was calm, patient, and thoughtful throughout the whole interaction. Just a genuinely good dude to work with. The store was clean, well-merchandised, calm, and warm, which was especially appreciated since it was about 10° in January. I highly recommend this location and Bryan in particular!

  Friendly, patient, knowledgable people working at this location. Short wait times. Convenient as they are open on Saturdays as well as during the week, and they provide a number of services.

  Brought an Amazon package that was delivered to my home, to send it back - return it to Amazon. Took me 2 seconds to do this there. I was very happy about that.
