- GGGeorge GetsonJan 12, 20261.0Was told my package would arrive Saturday, it updated to Sunday, and then update it to Monday 8 AM-2 PM. Then get an update With the picture of attempted delivery at a random house. Took about an hour to even get anyone on the phone through customer service. Wouldn’t recommend FedEx- 0/10, 1 stars is too many.
- ATAkiva TalanskyDec 23, 20251.0We got a package from Home Depot delivered by Fedex. The envelope was vandalized, came open, and the bottle inside was opened and had been mostly emptied. So, we received an open empty bottle of fuel oil additive and a dirty useless package to deal with. The workers are so incompetent, they can't bother to even look at what they are delivering!
- KDKhristin DuffyNov 8, 20251.0I really wanna give them zero stars the lady my sister dealt with was horrible. I had a live animal shipped and because it came while I was at work. I sent my sister there while I was on face time with my id I also sent her pictures the lady sent her away 2x. Once with the pic id then she went in on FaceTime she said no. I had to contact the seller she added me. My sister went in again…lady said nope not on there. Got on with customer service he said he doesn’t know why and tried to get her to release it to my sister she still wouldn’t. The seller put in a case with customer service and the customer service man never put it through so as my sister went there for a 4th time she got turned away and then she went in a 5th time this lady is the one that actually deserves the 5 stars. I showed her my id she put in the case and released it finally to my sister. Im thankful my pet was ok but i was still mad that was animal cruelty. Just because you’re in a bad mood doesn’t mean you can just make up your own rules. So the fedex facility center in link dr Bing Ny I wish I cld have gotten the ladies name and the 2 customer service people that didn’t do there job
