- KDKhristin DuffyNov 8, 20251.0I really wanna give them zero stars the lady my sister dealt with was horrible. I had a live animal shipped and because it came while I was at work. I sent my sister there while I was on face time with my id I also sent her pictures the lady sent her away 2x. Once with the pic id then she went in on FaceTime she said no. I had to contact the seller she added me. My sister went in again…lady said nope not on there. Got on with customer service he said he doesn’t know why and tried to get her to release it to my sister she still wouldn’t. The seller put in a case with customer service and the customer service man never put it through so as my sister went there for a 4th time she got turned away and then she went in a 5th time this lady is the one that actually deserves the 5 stars. I showed her my id she put in the case and released it finally to my sister. Im thankful my pet was ok but i was still mad that was animal cruelty. Just because you’re in a bad mood doesn’t mean you can just make up your own rules. So the fedex facility center in link dr Bing Ny I wish I cld have gotten the ladies name and the 2 customer service people that didn’t do there job
