- AZAlex ZemanJul 17, 20251.0Once he has your contract the honeymoon is over! Doesn’t respond, doesn’t solve issues, secretary defers everything to him which means nothing gets done. All of the other 1 star reviews match exactly the same problems we had. Since getting a new property manager, it’s been a night and day difference! We’ve learned Tom is not as knowledgeable or professional as he likes to think. we are saving money and getting better care! Look elsewhere!

- NNNishantMar 28, 20181.0Sorry to say, but if you take over the management of an apartment and you have different set of rules, existing tenants should not feel the pain. Whether it's the way in which the rent is to be paid or the terms to refund the security deposit. Also, please respond to the maintenance requests made by us tenants. I'm surely not coming back to engage in lease terms with you after my current lease nor will I recommend it to anyone.
