While doing this I make sure to sign up on auto pay for the future. Next month rolls around and in receive a notice 2 WEEKS after the due date saying it was overdue and I had $63 in late fees, called to complain was told oh well, we dont have the man power to let you know your loan is due, that's on you. Just terrible customer service, for as little as they do, they do it poorly.
