The woman on the phone was nasty, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked for a supervisor, allegedly she IS the supervisor. Bummer that the worst kinds of people wind up in power, isn't it? Would give zero stars if it'd let me. USPS needs some serious help.

It got lost in here. Now my baby is almost 8 months old. This location should be closed down for the sake of the company, otherwise it brings shame into so many hardworking staff, not including those thieves.
