- SMSHAwna Morrison1 day ago1.0I visited the Belport post office around 2pm today to apply for my newborn passport. The staff member assisting me was unhelpful and rude. Despite being ready with all documents, he initially refused service claiming he was alone, then took his time helping others. He spent more time offering unnecessary services to other customers, like postal stickers they didn't ask for. Only after my husband spoke up did he assist us, clearly begrudgingly. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, especially since we were applying for a time-sensitive service. It's concerning if staff aren't willing to assist customers.
