- DTDenise TowlesFeb 14, 20261.0It would be nice if we actually received our mail. Ever since this new employee started, we have consistently experienced missing and delayed mail. We are repeatedly forced to come into the post office just to ask if we even have mail, only to find her sitting at the desk on her phone instead of actively working, with a counter completely full of untouched mail. On more than one occasion, we have been told that mail was delivered over a week prior, yet we were unable to receive it because it had not been sorted or distributed. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This has become an ongoing issue. Reliable and timely mail delivery is a basic service, and this problem has gone on long enough without improvement. At this point, something needs to be done. I strongly believe that having someone else handle this position may be necessary so customers can receive the level of service they deserve.
