- ZMZan MughalSep 3, 20251.0Came here today sept 3rd to ship out a box and they literally slowed down my whole life. should have been nice an quick. I waited for Cassandra to move around a bunch on boxes and do 10 other things before finally helping me. Then talking to other customers that were there after me while im waiting in front of the line. After waiting another rep comes to help me which was great but then after she was done, I had to wait for Cassandra to ring me up so I can finally leave, at which point she started doing another 10 things taking her sweet time until I finally lost my patience and asked her to ring me up so I can finally leave and live the rest of my life outside the staples center. Maybe it’s her fault or maybe they’re understaffed. Either way, HORRIBLE experience. I’ll ship elsewhere next time.
- SASyed AliAug 24, 20251.0Horrible experience here at the copy print center I placed an order for 32 lb cotton resume paper. They printed it out on 32 lb premium paper. As I’m telling the girl she’s saying yes that is what you ordered. I’m a former copy and print supervisor and a former sales supervisor at the bayside location. I definitely know the difference between the two. I was just here two weeks ago and I ordered the same exact thing. Then towards the end she told me they didn’t have the paper so you should’ve just said that? Instead of trying to convince me that it’s the correct paper. Employees need better training with customer service and knowing their paper types. - A former copy and print supervisor
